Delivery time
The delivery time for our stock products is 1 - 4 business days. We always aim for the quickest possible delivery. We will contact customers as soon as possible via email or phone if we notice that the delivery time will be longer than usual. The delivery time for engravable products will be extended by 3 - 5 business days.
If an order contains multiple products, they may have different delivery times. By default, the order will only be delivered once all products are available for delivery. If you wish to receive immediately available products from your order sooner, please contact customer service.
Pickup from a Posti parcel locker or service point, price €5.90
Pick up your ordered products from your chosen Posti parcel locker or pick-up point. You will be notified by text message and email when the parcel arrives, and you can pick up your shipment from the locker immediately.
Orders over €50 are delivered free of charge.
Posti home delivery, price €9.90
Posti's home delivery is an easy way to receive a shipment. Smaller shipments are delivered to your desired address. For larger shipments, Posti will agree on a delivery time with you. In larger cities, shipments are delivered to recipients on weekdays by 9 PM, and in other areas by 2 PM or 5 PM. You can track the progress of Posti shipments using the tracking code, which you will receive by email when we send the package.
DHL Express home delivery, price €13.90
DHL Express is an easy way to receive your shipment. A DHL driver will arrange a delivery time with you. With DHL Express home delivery, the delivery time for in-stock products is 1-4 business days.
In-store pickup - always free!
You can pick up your order placed in the Kulta-Aika online store from a store (Tammisto Kulta-Aika or Kamppi Kulta-Aika). Orders are processed only on weekdays. Typically, orders are available for pickup within 2 business days of placing the order. Please note that pickup orders are not processed on weekends.
An order for which store pickup has been selected as the delivery method will be automatically cancelled and refunded if the order has not been picked up within 60 days of its delivery.
Payment methods
Products and their postage costs are paid at the time of order. Payments can be made in the online store using the following payment methods: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Tapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankit, Säästöpankit, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken, and credit cards.
