Product exchange

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for unused, resalable, and returnable products purchased from our online store. If a product has been customized according to the customer's wishes, it does not have the right to exchange or return. This also applies to shortening a watch strap. Please note that we do not have a direct exchange service. If you wish to exchange a product you ordered, you must return the product to our online store and place a completely new order for the desired product.
I want to exchange a product I ordered for another. How do I proceed?
1. Order a new product from the online store
Order a new product from the online store and make a note of the new order's order number. We will later ask you to provide the number of your new order. The payment method you selected for this order will remain valid, as your previous order will be credited upon receipt of the return.
2. Inform customer service about the product exchange
Inform the online store's customer service (verkkokauppa@kulta-aika.fi) about the product exchange; this will speed up the processing of the exchange. The easiest way to notify about a product exchange is to reply to the order confirmation message for your original order, which you received in your email at the time of purchase. In your message, state the order number of your new order. You can take your return to the post office immediately after sending the notification; you do not need to wait for a reply or permission from us to return it.
3. Return the item to the Post Office
Pack the items to be exchanged carefully and take the return to the Post Office without delay and no later than 14 days after making the exchange notification. You can find the return address below. Remember to use our Posti return code: 654000 and ask the clerk for a return receipt.

5. Order credit
We will process the return and refund the payments we received from the original order as soon as the return arrives and has been processed. Processing of the return takes approximately one week from the date of arrival.
We will receive the necessary information for the order credit from the payment intermediary.
6. Validity of the exchange right
Product exchange is free of charge, and the right to exchange can be used once.
