The Aarni Carbon Core™ carbon fiber core makes the sunglasses genuinely durable, without compromising the feel and lightness of the wood. The carbon fiber layer is cross-laminated between the wood veneers, creating a highly strong and rigid structure for the sunglasses.

Aarni's Finnish sunglasses use top-tier polycarbonate lenses that protect your eyes 100% from harmful UVA and UVB rays. The lenses are lightweight and up to 10 times more resistant to impact and scratches than traditional plastic or glass lenses. Most Aarni sunglass models are also available with polarized lenses. In addition to normal glare, polarized lenses eliminate reflections from horizontal surfaces, such as water or snow. Polarized lenses effectively prevent reflections, improve contrast, and make it easier to discern details.

Wood, the material used for the sunglasses, is a natural material, so the pattern and shade are unique for each product.
