The Aarni Blues sunglasses model uses Finnish curly birch, a material appreciated internationally for its unique pattern and surface. Brown lenses complete the look. The frames are made by cross-laminating several wood veneers, achieving excellent durability and longevity for the glasses. The Aarni Carbon Core™ carbon fiber core makes the sunglasses genuinely durable, without compromising the feel and lightness of wood. A carbon fiber layer is cross-laminated between the wood veneers, making the structure of the sunglasses extremely strong and rigid.

Aarni's Finnish sunglasses use top-tier polycarbonate lenses that protect your eyes 100% from harmful UVA and UVB rays. The lenses are lightweight and up to 10 times more resistant to impact and scratches than traditional plastic or glass lenses. Most Aarni sunglasses models are also available with polarized lenses. In addition to normal glare, polarized lenses eliminate reflections from horizontal surfaces, such as water or snow. Polarized lenses thus effectively block reflections, improve contrast, and make it easier to perceive details. 

As wood is a natural material, the pattern and shade of each pair of sunglasses are unique. 

All Aarni sunglasses are delivered in the manufacturer's original, convenient foldable case with a microfiber cloth. The soft suede inner surface of the case gently protects the glasses. When you don't need the sunglasses case, you can fold it flat, so it fits easily into a pocket.
