Helmi is a delicate jewelry series that was introduced to Lumoava's collection in the winter of 2018. Helmi was designed by Heikki Hartikainen, and its idea originated many years ago. While designing the Kristiina jewelry series, Heikki noticed a heart accidentally forming in a corner, and that heart lingered in his mind and desk drawer for years until it ended up on his design table in 2018, and Helmi emerged from it.
Lumoava jewelry is handcrafted in the world's northernmost jewelry factory in Kuopio. Saurum Oy, the manufacturer of Lumoava products, has a long history in the precious metals industry and is one of Finland's oldest jewelry factories. A strong history and expertise are behind the founding of Lumoava.
