Lempikoru Hunter Knife, large

A knife from Lempikoru's Hunter jewelry series, featuring an arrowhead silver symbol. The knife has a carbon steel blade and a curly birch handle. The knife comes with a leather sheath. The total length of the knife is 210 mm, and the blade length is 95 mm. The knife is handmade in Finland. The Hunter knife is available in both large (this product) and small versions.

Knife care instructions
 
Sharpening: 

• First, grind both sides of the blade with a coarse sharpening stone in the direction of the flat surface until a "burr" forms on the edge. 
• Remove the burr with the smoother side of the sharpening stone.
  
• Also use water for grinding.  
• Clean and dry the blade. 
• Sharpen the knife regularly to avoid demanding one-time sharpening.

 Sheath care:

• Treat the knife sheath with leather conditioner if necessary.

Knife care:

• Do not wash a carbon steel knife in the dishwasher.
• Always dry and clean the blade after use.
• Keep the knife in its sheath and store it in a dry place.
• Occasionally treat the carbon steel with cooking oil or paraffin oil.
