Upon arriving at the herb woman's hut, the warrior lays the goods on the table. The woman's black eyes flash in the candlelight. She sees the pendant hanging from the man's chest. “I will cure your ailment, but I ask for that pendant as payment.” The warrior hands the pendant from his neck to the herb woman. The woman caresses the pendant contentedly: “Fenrir. It is said to be chained in these woods. Even the gods fear it, and rightly so. Let's ask the one-handed Tyr! The power of this pendant is great, for Fenrir’s power is chained within it.”
