The total length of the knife is 170 mm, and the blade length alone is 62 mm. The knife is handmade in Finland. The Hunter knife is available in both small (this product) and large versions.

Knife care instructions

Sharpening:

• First, grind both sides of the blade with a coarse sharpening stone parallel to the bevel until a "burr" forms on the blade edge.
• Grind off the burr with the smoother side of the sharpening stone.
  
• Also use water for grinding.
• Clean and dry the blade.
• Sharpen the knife regularly to avoid a demanding single sharpening.

Sheath care:

• Treat the knife sheath with a leather care product if necessary.

Knife care:

• Do not wash the carbon steel knife in a dishwasher.
• Always dry and clean the blade after use.
• Keep the knife in its sheath and store it in a dry place.
• Treat carbon steel periodically with cooking oil or paraffin oil.
