The lenses are lightweight and up to 10 times more impact and scratch-resistant than traditional plastic or glass lenses. Most Aarni sunglass models are also available with polarized lenses. In addition to normal glare, polarized lenses remove reflections from horizontal surfaces, such as water or snow. Polarized lenses thus effectively prevent reflections, improve contrast, and make it easier to discern details.
