Aarni Monza wooden sunglasses. Made of ebony, the glasses have a slightly edgy design and their stylish appearance has a hint of racetrack atmosphere. Monza sunglasses are made of dark ebony with a slightly lighter walnut interior. Ebony has been a prized material for millennia and can be found in everything from piano keys to Pharaohs' sarcophagi. The frames are made by cross-laminating ebony veneers, which provides excellent durability and longevity for the glasses. Aarni Carbon Core™ carbon fiber core makes the sunglasses genuinely durable, without compromising on the feel and lightness of wood. The carbon fiber layer is cross-laminated between the wood veneers, making the structure of the sunglasses extremely strong and rigid. Because wood is a natural material, each pattern and shade in the glasses is unique.

Aarni's Finnish sunglasses use top-tier optical polycarbonate lenses that protect your eyes 100% from harmful UVA and UVB rays. The lenses are lightweight and up to 10 times more resistant to impact and scratches than traditional plastic or glass lenses. Most Aarni sunglass models are also available with polarized lenses. In addition to normal glare, polarized lenses remove reflections from horizontal surfaces, such as water or snow. Polarized lenses therefore effectively block reflections, improve contrast, and make it easier to perceive details.

Wood, the manufacturing material of the sunglasses, is a natural material, so the pattern and shade are unique in all products.

All Aarni sunglasses come in the manufacturer's original, convenient foldable case with a microfiber cloth. The soft suede interior of the case gently protects the glasses. When you don't need the sunglass case, you can fold it flat so it easily fits in your pocket.
