Lumoava designer Heikki Hartikainen wanted to design a jewelry series that would reflect partnership, togetherness, and commitment. He began sketching the idea of a droplet, and Hetki jewelry is made so that the droplets cannot detach from each other.
Lumoava jewelry is handcrafted in the world's northernmost jewelry factory in Kuopio. Saurum Oy, the manufacturer of Lumoava products, has a long history in the precious metals industry and is one of Finland's oldest jewelry factories. A strong history and expertise are behind the founding of Lumoava.
